Well, some things have changed since I wrote this 'About Me' section. For starters, I found a job, which explains why I haven't blogged in about a year and a half. I just left my position as Social Media Director at Monika Dixon Public Relations to pursue a new career opportunity. I'm not sure what my next move is just yet, but I'm excited to see what the future holds!

Hi everyone! I'm a very recent University of Illinois graduate with a bachelors degree in news-editorial journalism, which means I'm on the hunt for a job! I work part-time as a merchandiser for the amazing jewelry line called Chloe + Isabel. I'm a former Teen Vogue and Style Chicago intern, and also studied fashion marketing at American Intercontinental University in London. I LOVE to keep busy, and I clearly have a inclination towards fashion! I'm interested in pursing a career in either magazine journalism, PR, marketing, event planning or social media....hopefully somewhere in the realm of fashion!

In my free time, I like to keep even more busy by: reading magazines; taking pictures; Instagram-ing (probably too much); spending time with my friends, my family and my boyfriend Jason; browsing (and often making purchases on) the virtual shopping mall; updating this blog; reading other blogs; running; writing; traveling (my favorite destinations are Paris, London, New York, Cabo and Florida); organizing; meeting new people; laughing and trying to live each day to the fullest.
Studded Chameleon is my way of sharing (to whomever might be interested) all the things that inspire me, excite me and make me happy. This might be anything from new trends to new purchases, favorite songs to personal photos, outfits and experiences.
